The PSV roller is specifically designed to operate in the most demanding conditions across a wide range of bulk material handling applications, including mines, quarries, cement plants, coal-fired power plants, and port installations. Different configurations are available, all featuring arobust steel construction and a hermetic sealing system with multiple labyrinth seals. These provide extremelyhigh load capacity and resistance to impact, corrosion, and abrasioncaused by bulk materials, pollutants, and other aggressive elements during conveying.
This unique design addresses the two main challenges faced by heavy-duty conveyor rollers. First, it enables the transportation of heavy bulk materials with large lump sizes. At the same time, it provides reliable operation in challenging environmental conditions involvingdust, dirt, water, low and high temperatures, and significant day/night temperature variations.
The standard working temperature range of the PSV roller is between -20°C and +100°C with standard greased components. Temperatures outside this range can also be accommodated by using special grease, bearings, and seals.
Despite being a heavy-duty solution designed to operate in harsh ad demanding conditions, the PSV roller delivers high efficienty and productivity, while also providing the energy savings, long service life, and minimal maintenance required in modern bulk material handling systems.
