The correct selection depends on the evaluation of belt tension (T1+T2), which must always remain within the allowable radial load limits. Particular attention should be given when using heavy or wide belts, as they can significantly increase system load and affect overall performance.

Both models feature heavy-duty internal components enclosed within a carbon steel shell and protected by an IP66/67 enclosure class, ensuring reliable operation even in environments exposed to dust, moisture, and harsh conditions.

Differences among the two models

H for Heavy-Duty

The 1000H model is designed to provide stable and efficient operation under high-load conditions. Its internal configuration ensures reliable torque transmission and consistent performance over time. It includes thermal protection and temperature monitoring systems, with additional options such as vibration sensors, proximity switches, and customized terminal boxes. Corrosion-resistant configurations are also available for increased durability in demanding environments.

Hd for Extra Heavy-Duty

The 1000HD version is engineered to deliver higher torque and enhanced load capacity for more intensive applications. Its reinforced design allows it to operate efficiently even under extreme stress conditions. With a power range of 160 to 250 kW, it ensures strong and reliable performance in continuous heavy-duty operations. Like the 1000H, it includes advanced monitoring systems and optional configurations to support performance control and system integration.
