HDR conveyor rollers are specifically designed for open mining applications and are ideal for handling a wide variety of bulk materials. The standard design can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements, with options including mass-limited versions, varying shell thicknesses, lagging for aggressive or corrosive environments, and additional sealing for extreme conditions. Custom configurations are also available, including different types of garlands for belt speeds up to 10 m/s.
These rollers excel in the most challenging conveyor systems, including those in mining, quarrying, cement production, coal power generation, and dock operations. Available in multiple configurations, their heavy-duty steel construction, combined with a sophisticated hermetic sealing system with multiple labyrinth seals, ensures superior load capacity and resistance to impact, corrosion, and abrasion.
