LeaderBrand has farms located in Gisborne and Canterbury, growing approximately 3,500ha of fresh produce each year for process, domestic and international customers. A key supplier of process crops such as Tomatoes, Sweet Corn and Pumpkins.Owner of one of New Zealand's most modern salad production facilities.
Production facilites use a number of Unit Handling Motorized Pulleys tradionally from a competitor. This customer was converted over to Rulmeca. So far supplied 12 Unit Handling Motorized Pulleys to existing facilites with further changeouts planned. New facility under construction which will utilise >35 units in 2016 Customer has verified they will use and standardised on the Rulmeca product. This will be RULMECA MELCO (Australia) largest Unit Handling handling customer thus far and great reference for the New Zealand market.
