KRO rollers are composed of grey polypropylene tapered sleeves mounted on Rulmeca roller series 117 and 135, featuring 50 mm diameter hot-dip zinc-plated steel tubes in “Z” execution. This robust construction ensures excellent strength and dimensional stability. For demanding environments, the KRO series can be supplied with AISI 440 stainless steel bearings, AISI 304 stainless steel shafts, and stainless steel internal tubes. This combination of materials provides high corrosion resistance, making the rollers suitable for efficient, long-lasting performance on curved conveyor sections exposed to humidity.

The use of precision ball bearings paired with polypropylene external body provides smooth running and low noise emission, allowing for a more pleasant and productive workspace. Polypropylene, as the primary material of KRO body, offers several advantages: thank to its lightweight it favours easy installation. Furthermore, this material is well known for providing exceptional strength and for being resistant to abrasion and impact. It maintains its excellence performance across a wide temperature range from 0° C to +50° C.
