Rulmeca operates a Service centre fully dedicated to the repair and assembly of Motorized Pulleys
Rulmeca SUPREME roller is designed for a wide variety of applications where low noise operation and low energy consumption are researched while dealing with heavy-duty bulk handling and corrosive materials or environments.
It’s a completely HDPE roller, featuring high density polyethylene tube and housings (only rollers of > 600 length have a reinforcing steel tube fitted inside the HDPE shell). The ultra-tick polymer shell has a high strength-to-weight ratio, noise and vibration absorption properties, high resistance to abrasion and corrosion of the main aggressive contaminants and chemical agents. Add to that an additional static face and a labyrinth sealing system to further limit the ingress of dirt and provide a safety system to limit nip point risk. Also, the machined finish ensures low run-out and its self-cleaning surface prevents material spillage and belt miss-tracking.
Rulmeca SUPREME HDPE roller is able to handle the same loading capacity as a steel roller with equal dimensions. However, it has important operative advantages for the whole plant in comparison.
First, the polymer construction makes it about 50% lighter, therby ensuring easier handling and mounting operations, especially on large rollers. The resultant lower rotating mass also reduces the torque required for the conveyor, leading to energy savings during start-up, start/stop and continuous operations. Secondly, speaking about another sensitive issue in terms of environemnts and safety, high density polyethylene is able to minimize vibrations and absorb noise emissions in contrast to steel. Finally, the non-corrosive HDPE face means longer operating life and lower maintenance under aggressive conditions that steel is more vulnerable to. Our SUPREME roller is particularly suited to handling operations of abrasive sand, iron, gold, platinum ore, coal handling, indeed.

Plus
SUPREME roller is specifically designed for heavy-duty applications, offering superior resistance to harsh environments. With both housings and tube of high-performance HDPE, it provides excellent protection against corrosion, wear and chemical damage, ensuring long-lasting performance in aggressive conditions. Ideal for use in industries such as mining, cement and bulk material handling, its polymer construction reduces the need for frequent maintenance and enhances the overall durability even under heavy loads
SUPREME roller features advanced hermetic or contactless seal options, providing enhanced protection for the internal components. The hermetic sealing system prevents the ingress of dust, water and other contaminants, ensuring that the bearings and other critical parts remain intact and operate smoothly. The contactless seal option minimizes friction and wear, offering a longer service life and lower maintenance needs. These sealing technologies are particularly effective in harsh environments, extending the roller's reliability and performance in industries that require minimal downtime
The outer turner shell of SUPREME roller is designed to provide extra low noise during rotation, making it ideal for environments where noise reduction is crucial. The precision-machined HDPE shell helps minimize vibrations and noise emissions, ensuring quieter operation compared to traditional steel rollers. This feature contributes to a more comfortable and safer work environment, especially in sensitive or noise-sensitive applications. The high-quality HDPE shell not only reduces noise but also enhances the roller's overall performance and longevity
