Designed for high-performance bulk material handling, the 630M and 630H models deliver powerful and dependable drive solutions in a compact, sealed unit. Engineered to operate under demanding conditions, they combine strength, efficiency, and low maintenance requirements, making them a reliable choice for operations where continuity and durability are essential.
The selection of the appropriate model depends on the required belt tension (T1+T2), which must always remain within the allowable radial load limits to ensure safe and efficient operation. Particular care should be taken when working with heavy or thick belts, as these can significantly increase system load.
Both versions feature a robust internal configuration with a 2-stage gearbox and high-quality components, ensuring consistent performance even under challenging operating conditions.
6300M – Medium-duty
The 630M model, based on the proven 500H drivetrain, is designed to provide stable and efficient operation in demanding environments. Its configuration ensures reliable torque transmission and consistent performance over time. It includes integrated protection systems and can be configured with corrosion-resistant materials, making it suitable for environments where durability and protection are key requirements.
630H – High-duty
The 630H version is developed to handle higher performance demands, offering increased power and enhanced operational strength.
