The Motorized Pulley 400M and 400H models are designed to provide compact, reliable, and low-maintenance drive solutions for a variety of tough and irregular industrial applications. Both models feature a robust gearbox system housed in a carbon steel shell with a 15.91-inch outer diameter and an IP66/67 enclosure class for high protection against dust and water.
400M: This model is equipped with a 2-stage cast aluminum gearbox with machined helical gears, offering a minimum roller length (RL) of 25.59 inches and power ranging from 3 to 20 HP. It comes with standard thermal protection switches and is available with a stainless steel exterior for corrosive or high-pressure washdown environments. The 400M is ideal for applications such as portable crushing & screening plants, mobile conveyors, steel production, iron & salt mining, cement & concrete production, open sand & gravel pits, and wood chip handling.
400H: The 400H features a 3-stage cast iron gearbox with machined helical gears, providing enhanced performance for slow-speed, high-torque applications. It has a minimum roller length (RL) of 27.56 inches and power ranging from 3 to 20 HP. Like the 400M, it includes standard thermal protection switches and is available in a stainless steel exterior for corrosive environments. The 400H is particularly suited for hopper feeders, portable crushing & screening plants, mobile conveyors, steel production, cement & concrete production, open sand & gravel pits, and wood chip handling.
