Description
The service centre in Hungary of the group IAI (Andresen) with their head office in Denmark, mainly operates handling carbon steel.
It produces 24 hours a day for 365 days per year. It produces sheet metal coils tailored according to dimensions given by the customer.
The picture is of the area for the packaging of coils: The entering coils are max. 5 tons and have a diameter 2000mm and height max. 600mm. The coils going out are max. 6 tons with height max. 1200mm.
Fimi supplied all the “slitter” lines for the unrolling, cutting and rewinding of coils and the packaging line, for which Rulli Rulmeca provided the rollers.
The rollers supplied include 466 special rollers type PS/S7 40R with tube diameter 159mm and thickness 10mm in different lengths, and 68 special rollers PS/S7 40R with tube diameter 133/159 with the special wear resistant ‘Adiprene’ tube coating.
