Motorized Pulleys 400M & 400H, Ø400 mm

Rulmeca range of motorized pulleys for bulk handling applications provides two different loading options in 400 mm diameter.

• M for Medium-duty
• H for Heavy-duty

Differences between motorized pulleys need to be considered when choosing the proper solution, starting from the estimated belt tension. To this end, it’s crucial to ensure that the actual radial load is lower than the maximum permitted. Be careful that the use of multi-ply thick heavy belts and/or larger belts because they produce too high belt tension. If the given diameter does not provide your needed tension, it’s advisable to choose a larger one.

M for Medium-duty

The internal parts of motorized pulleys 400M are designed for tough, irregular and extreme working conditions. Indeed, they are typically used in grain storage, cement, steel or fertilities handling and heavy mobile crushing and screening applications.

H for Heavy-duty

The design of motorized pulleys 400H is equipped with a solid 3-stage gearbox providing the necessary forces for low speeds and high power required to handle irregular bulk loadings in brutal conditions.
