This model features a 2-stage or 3-stage cast iron gearbox with machined helical gears in a compact carbon steel shell with 6.50 inch outer diameter, a standard enclosure class of IP66, and an optional class of IP69. The asynchronous reversible motor is available to run on a variety of three phase and single phase power supplies and features standard built-in thermal protection switches. It is also available in stainless steel exterior for corrosive or high pressure wash down applications and with a "thick-wall shell" with >7.40 inch outer diameter for positive drive belts or non-belt applications.With a minimum roller length (RL) of 13.78 inches and powers ranging from 0.15 to 3.0 HP, this model is ideal for longer or inclined heavy duty unit handling and food processing conveyors, including:
