EASY AND FLEXIBLE INSTALLATION

The BTR-C is designed for straightforward installation, using a mounting arrangement similar to a standard conveyor idler.
Adjust dimension Q to suit the conveyor mounting position.
Adjust dimension H to maintain a 10-20 mm gap between the top of the centre roller and the belt.
Set the BTR-C angle 5° greater than the conveyor trough angle.
