Custom Solutions for Bulk Handling and Reversible Belts

Upper carrying troughing belt conveyor idlers are crucial for supporting the sections of the belt where material is loaded and transported. These idlers come in two basic configurations: a flat design with a single horizontal roller supported by fixed brackets, and a troughed structure with two or three rollers supported within a frame. The troughed design is especially effective in bulk handling applications, as it allows for greater material capacity at the same belt width and speed. Three-roller upper carrying troughing idlers are typically used for unidirectional belts, with side rollers slightly inclined for self-centering belt tracking. For reversible belts, the R version without this inclination is recommended. Selecting the appropriate rollers is essential during the design phase to ensure compatibility with belt width, speed, material characteristics, and environmental conditions. Additionally, transoms and pitch must be carefully calculated to provide adequate support for the material being handled.

Main features
Standard Angle Beam & Tubular Beam New Design

The latest design for conveyor systems features both standard angle beams and tubular beams, ensuring a robust and efficient structure for a variety of applications. The use of tubular beams offers mass and cost savings, while providing superior strength and minimal deflection under load. These beams are engineered to withstand significant stress, ensuring the stability and reliability of conveyor systems, particularly in heavy-duty and high-capacity operations. The new tubular beam design is ideal for conveyors where both weight reduction and structural integrity are essential, providing an optimal balance for performance and cost efficiency
