Rulmeca Holding S.p.A, the headquarters of the Rulmeca Group, has its seat at the same location.

Rulmeca was founded in 1962, the current plant area is about 24.000m2.

Rulli Rulmeca is the Group manufacturing centre of excellence for rollers and driven products for Unit handling applications and for rollers for Bulk materials handling applications. Markets served include: Italy, Europe, North Africa, Middle East, Iran and Pakistan.

Rulli Rulmeca is specialized in the supply of lasting and quality components for:

• belt conveyors in bulk materials handling: rollers, transoms, motorized pulleys, pulleys and accessories;
• unit handling and industrial applications: rollers, 24v motorized rollers, motorized pulleys and modules for dynamic storage.

Production automation is one of the main foundations of Rulmeca manufacturing. Specialised technologies for the production of large quantities have been developed in co-operation with carefully selected suppliers.

Furthermore, the Rulmeca metal roller production range has been designed and constructed in compliance with the essential requirements of the “ATEX” 2014/34/EU directive in accordance with the Rulmeca “Manufacture Control” Technical File deposited with the accredited body: SGS-TÜV SAAR: certif. N. 3733918, on the basis of which the Rulmeca Atex certificate has been prepared.

A number of Rulmeca rollers with polymer heads and metal shells (rollers indicated with an asterisk * in our Rulmeca Atex certificate) can be fitted with dedicated anti-static devices (known as the “antistatic option”), which can be supplied on request at the order stage, rendering these rollers compliant with the ATEX directive.

With the target of offering our Customers a prompt and professional support, Rulmeca operates a Service centre fully dedicated to the repair and quick assembly of Motorized Pulleys. Our target is to support the success of Motorized Pulleys as the belt driving solution for applications in food processing, automation, airport logistic and many more.

Specialized staff is at your disposal offering:

• a 48hour repair service for standard models, diameters 80mm to 165mm;
• inspection service;
• use of the original spare parts;

For Motorized Pulleys in diameter 220mm to 1000mm we kindly ask you to contact the Service Centre to confirm serviceability and delivery.
