135 Series Rollers with Poly-V Pulleys: High Torque and Low Noise for Efficient Conveying

Versions V1, V2, V3 and V4 of 135 rollers are made to work with Poly-V flexible belts, and are externally similar to versions VA, VE and VB. In terms of construction, they have all the general characteristics of the 135 series, allowing simple interchanging of pinions and pulleys of differing type and construction, even from the 138 series, thus easily transforming driven conveyors into accumulation lanes.

The pulley is made from black polyamide with 9 V-shaped grooves 2.34 mm pitch, profile J, ISO 9981 DIN 7867. The most common fittings provide for Poly-V belt rings with 2 ribs, but the pulley also allows for versions with 3 or 4 ribs. With just 2 ribs, the Poly-V belt can transmit double the torque of round belts, usually allowing at least 20 rollers to be linked together with the motor positioned centrally.

This series is intended for use in temperatures of between -5°C and +50°C (PVC tubes) and between -5°C and +80°C (steel tubes). Lower minimum temperatures are admissible, subject to verification of the conditions of use. Packages can be moved at a speed of up to 1.5 m/s, while maintaining extremely low noise levels.

End caps and pulleys: PA (RAL 9005) and PP (RAL 1023), 6002-2RZ-series ball bearings (standard or stainless).

Shaft: steel (unfinished or galvanised), stainless steel.
