With tapered shape and idle configuration, KRO rollers can guide and support unit material handling through corners on curve roller conveyors. In particular, they are ideal for little slope curves, light and medium sloped and different industrial environments.

KRO rollers consist of grey polypropylene cone sleeves keyed on Rulmeca rollers series 117 with 50 mm diameter hot dip zinc-plated tube, “Z” execution. Also, they can be supplied with stainless steel AISI 440 bearings and stainless steel AISI 304 shaft and internal tube. Their engineered design and selected materials allow for a wide, efficient and durable installation on curve roller conveyors.

The use of precision ball bearings and polypropylene external body result in smooth running and noise-reduction, allowing for a more pleasant and productive workspace. Also, this techno polymer material distinguishes KRO rollers with a low net weight, favoring easy installation together with the spring-loaded shaft. At the same time, polypropylene is known for its exceptional strength: KRO rollers are abrasion and impact proof and excel with good resistance to dirt, water and wide-ranging temperature from 0° C to +50° C. This makes them an ideal choice for any unit handling curve roller conveyor to be likely used in both normal and humid environments, including food and beverage industry.
