Handling of particularly heavy bulk materials like minerals or cement requires additional conveyor accessories to ensure functioning and duration. Impact bars are ancillaries designed to be positioned underneath conveyor loading points to prevent belt damage and misalignment and avoid material spillage.

Our products are made from quality rubber and polyethylene. The first has shock-absorbing properties to dampen the impact of the material falling on the belt during loading operations. The latter gives necessary low friction to allow the belt to run over smoothly with limited extra power consumption.

Then, the supplied fixing bolts allow for an easy, rapid and safe installation on the belt conveyors.
