DSK are heavy duty conveyor rollers able to guarantee high-quality machining process and long service life (on average 8 years in operation 24 hours a day) in harsh bulk material handling applications. Their standard constructional design relies on high-quality machines parts and materials:
Designed for open mining applications, DSK extra heavy-duty conveyor rollers are suitable for any type of bulk material handling. Starting from their standard design and according to customer needs, all DSK rollers are available in mass limited version, with different shell thicknesses, different laggings for aggressive and corrosive applications and additional sealing for extreme environments. Also, with the available rollers and accessories it’s possible to group different type of garlands for belt speed up to 10 m/sec.
Garland suspended sets used in applications like mining for the conveying of large lump size material.
Lower sets of frames and rollers used for sustaining the unloaded belt in its return section.
Flat and troughing belt conveyor idlers designed for sustaining the belt on material loading and handling sections.
