The education of qualified employees is a center of the company philosophy of the RULMECA GERMANY GmbH, to give our customers constantly a high quality level with own qualified persons.
Every year young and interested people from our region have the possibility for an education to office clerks, tool mechanics, industrial mechanics or cutting machine operators in our company. For all fields we have the necessary equipment, for a demanding education on high level.
For our industrial trainees we arranged a training workshop with own turning center, milling machines, a new classroom and a computer room for exercises with CNC-simulation software. Also we have a work bench for every trainee.
For the trainees in the commercial group in all departments is arranged an own computer work station. During the 3 years of training the apprentice pass through all administrative areas of the company, from reception to personal accountancy.
The RULMECA GERMANY GmbH is an international company, therefore good command of English are necessary. For this reason is a foreign work placement of several weeks a popular and inherent part of the education, after it mostly awaits an employment contract.
Especially the continuous support through two instructors and the good relations among each others and with the supervisors our trainees like. The team spirit and the good mood boosted thru our yearly trainee-party for all trainees, the instructors, personal management and even the General Manager take part gladly.

Recently we take leave of a staff member after 51 years in his well-earned retirement. He also was in his youth trainee in our company and is no singular case. “A large part of our employees work for our company since their apprenticeship.” explains Alice Gresch, Human Resources manager and so confirmed, that the RULMECA GERMANY GmbH here also stands for continuance and quality.
