RULMECA GERMANY - Aschersleben
RULMECA GERMANY GmbH is situated in the heart of Germany and is one of 10 RULMECA Group companies located around the world.



It was founded in Aschersleben in 1850 as a cast brass foundry for machinery frames. As a result of the increasing Industrialization the company started to produce steel wire rope machines in 1905.
With the growing building industry and the request of conveyor systems the company began to develop and produce motorized pulleys in 1956. One year later rollers and conveyor frames were also a part of the product range.



In 1964 the company was renamed Forderund Antriebstechnik Aschersleben GmbH (FAA) and became a part of TAKRAF being the largest manufacturer of components for heavy duty mining projects all over the world.
In 1991 the company became a part of the INTERROLL group. A world wide, well-known manufacturer of unit handling conveyor components.
In 2003 the company went back to it's nature as a BULK oriented company and became a part of the RULMECA Group. A well known supplier of bulk conveyor components with focus on bulk rollers and belt pulleys. Today, RULMECA GERMANY GmbH has 108 Employees - 10 Engineers, 75 skilled workers and 23 employees.
Rulmeca GERMANY GmbH takes care of it's young generation by taking 3-5 apprentices every year.

From the first customer contact through production and finally shipment, our staff will have their eyes and their ears on the needs of each customer. Each final product will be checked 100% before shipping. Suppliers are carefully selected and frequently audited. The entire production process from order income to actual shipment is computerised.

Over the years RULMECA GERMANY Gmbh has developed one of  the largest and strongest product ranges within Motorized Pulleys, Belt Pulleys and Heavy Duty Rollers.



Product ranges constantly being updated by a team of highly qualified engineers.
Even being fully computerized our open air office secures a fast flow of information by means of permanent eye-to-eye and ear-to-ear contact between all the employees.

Production:
Our production is based on CNC Machine technology combined with the fact that 99% of our workers are skilled.



A combination being an important Part of our high quality products. Whether gear parts for our motorized Pulleys or shells and shafts for our belt pulleys and rollers, all parts are produced with the same high quality.



With more than 150 years experience in mechanical engineering, RULMECA FAA GmbH is one of the most experienced suppliers of components for the BULK handling industry.
